With nothing much to share today, starting my post with this lovely collage of nature, some clicked by me and some by Amaan in our apartment.....

My little champ was excited that he praised and described each and every plant one by one. As I was clicking he demanded that he too will capture some shots. He was so engrossed in this that he didn't play that particular day and it was time to get back home.....

Just one more day to go when the school here reopens after the long summer vacation. Having spent lavish time enjoying at home, Amaan is not in a mood to go back to school once again. Hope he catches up the routine once it starts.....

Today, I am presenting my second recipe of mushroom, the first being Mushroom Fry. This time I made it in masala gravy and it had turned out really well.....

Amaan will be having the last day of his Nursery tomorrow and then starts the long summer vacations. We have planned a short trip to our native and then will be back here again and I'm not sure how he is going to spend his time, as he gets easily bored at home. Probably this will be my last post before I travel and here I have shared in detail on how to select and cut Pineapples. Seriously, till date I never bought pineapples thinking of the hassles in cutting it and depended only on the canned ones. But once I got the hang of it, and it was so easy that I thought to share it here so that many of you who are like me can benefit from it......

Whenever I'm not in a mood of preparing the elaborate biryani and yet want to have it, I just end up making this combination of rice and chicken. It tastes great and I promise that it is way easier to prepare, as you can see it below.....

Oh my god, its 5 long days that I'm doing a post and didn't even realize it. I had made this whipped cream for frosting the pineapple pastry and it has come out pretty well. Yes yes friends, the pineapple pastry/cake will come soon on my blog too..... :). But before that I thought of sharing with you all on how to make whipped cream not only by yourself but also in an economical way. I've scanned various stores here and found the whipped cream available only in big packs and very expensive and since I was not requiring the entire lot, I decided to make it using fresh cream available easily in the market. All in all it took just 15-20 minutes for the entire process, see how easy it is........
