Ingredients


  • Potatoes - 1/2 kg
  • Peas - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chillies - 4 -6 finely chopped and crushed lightly
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch, chopped
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Samosa Sheets

Method:

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces, do not mash
  • In a frying pan, add oil and splutter the cumin seeds
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell is gone
  • Add green chillies and saute for a minute
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt
  • Add very little water and fry for a minute
  • Add the fried peas
  • Add the potatoes and cook for 3 minutes
  • Add coriander leaves and mix
  • Once done, fill in the samosa sheet with the above mixture
  • Fry in hot oil and serve with chutney
