Kesar falooda
7:13 PMIngredients:
- Whole milk - 1 cup
 - Vermicelli (made of arrow root) - 1/2 cup, boiled for 10 minutes and immediately run cold water over it and allow it to cool
 - Tukmaria seeds - 1/2 cup, soaked in water
 - Tutti frutti - a handful (optional)
 - Sugar - 2 tbsp
 - Saffron/ kesar - few strands
 - Cashews - 3-4, roasted and cut into two
 - Ice cream - 2 scoops
 
Method:
- In a non-stick pot, add milk, sugar and saffron and let it come to a boil
 - Simmer it for around 20 minutes or till it becomes a bit thick
 - Let it cool and chill
 - In serving glass, add vermicelli, tukmaria seeds and the milk and mix
 - Add the scoops of ice cream over it
 - Add the cashews and serve
