China Grass Pudding

China grass/agar agar - 1 packet, washed and soaked in water for 15 minutes and then drained
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 10 tbsp, adjust according to taste
Cardamom - 2, crushed
In a saucepan, add milk and cardamom. Bring it to a boil. Simmer till it reduces to half

In a separate pan, cook the china grass with 1 cup of water till it dissolves completely

Add sugar and mix well. Remove from flame

Add milk and mix

Pour it into a shallow dish, and let it rest for 15 minutes. It will solidify

Refrigerate for 10 minutes and cut it into desired shapes
