Didn't feel like doing any post today as I'm having a terrible migraine, so leaving you guyz with this simple Raita, which is usually taken as a side dish to go along with biryani or any meal. There are many ways of preparing it and this is just one among them. Cucumber raita, boondi raita, carrot raita, to name a few, Insha Allah, I'll try to share the different varieties as and when I make them.

Yoghurt - 250 gm
Onion - 1/2, small, finely sliced into very small bits
Green chillies - 2, finely chopped
Salt - to taste

Mix together all the ingredients by adding little water to get the desired consistency

Serve along with biryani/meal!!!
