Qeema Chana Daal

Ingredients: 
Minced meat / qeema - 1/2 kg
Chana daal - 1/2 cup, boiled
Onions - 2 medium, finely sliced
Tomato - 1, chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Green chillies - chopped for garnishing
Oil

Method: 
In a kadhai heat oil and add the onions and ginger garlic paste. Saute till onions becomes soft and raw smell of ginger garlic paste disppears

Add minced meat/ qeema and saute on high flame till it changes colour

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and tomatoes. Cook till the tomatoes are mashed up and oil separates

Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Simmer till qeema is done

Add in the boiled chana daal and garam masala powder and mix

Simmer for 5 more minutes

Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chillies

Serve with roti/naan/kulcha!!!
