Paneer Manchurian

Paneer is the one item which is included in my weekly grocery list along with capsicum. I try to make it in different forms, but the one that goes very well in the house is the chilli paneer But today I decided to make something new and ended up in making Paneer Manchurian, hope you all will like it, here goes the reicpe...



Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gms, cut into cubes and marinated with 1 tbsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and a pinch of salt
Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 small, cut into cubes
Green chillies - 2-3, adjust according to taste
Garlic cloves - 5-7, finely chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch, finely chopped
Celery - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cornflour - 1 tbsp mixed with little water
Oil



Method:
In a non-stick pan, shallow fry the marinated paneer pieces till light golden in color and keep aside

In the same pan, add some more oil and heat

Add onions and fry till they become translucent

Add the garlic, ginger, celery and the green chillies. Saute for a minute

Add the capsicum and saute again for few minutes

Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and 1 cup of water

Stir and let it come to a boil

Lower the flame and add the corn flour paste by stirring continuously and simmer till it becomes bit thick

Add the paneer pieces, mix and let it simmer for few minutes
