Egg Curry

Ingredients:
Eggs - 2, boiled, peeled and poked in the centre with a knife
Onions - 1 medium
Garlic - 6 cloves
Green Cardamom - 2
Clove - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Curry masala - 2 tsp
Tomato - 1, small, chopped
Green chillies - 1-2, slit lengthwise
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:
Blend the onion and garlic cloves

In a kadhai heat oil and fry the eggs and keep aside

In the same oil add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, saute for few seconds

Now add the blended onion and garlic mixture and fry till it turns brown

Add curry masala, tomato and salt. Cook till oil separates

Add the eggs, mix and cook for few minutes

Add 1 cup of water, green chillies and let it simmer for 10 minutes

Serve hot!!!
