Fig Milkshake

Friends, today I'm sharing a very easy and healthy drink recipe. Some dried figs were lying with me from a Dry Fruit Gift Box I received during Ramadan. Well well, so I've not made this drink today, rather it was made few days after Eid. All the dry fruits were used up in making Turri - Dry Fruit Sorbet during Ramadan, except the dried figs in it. Didn't know what to do with these figs, did some google search and found this easy to make and yet a healthy milkshake, do read below......
Fig Milkshake

Ingredients:
Figs -3, dried
Milk - 1 cup, chilled
Sugar - 1/2 tsp, adjust as per preference

Method:
Soak the dried figs in hot water for around 30-35 minutes to soften them and then chop it finely
In a mixer add the chopped figs, milk and sugar and blend well
Serve chilled!!!
Notes:
You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it more creamy
You can also use honey instead of sugar 
You can also try a different version by adding dry or fresh fruits like almonds or bananas
