Simple Tea Cake
2:42 PM
It was one of those afternoons, when Amaan has just arrived from school. I don't know what struck him, he entered the kitchen, took the bowl in which I whisk eggs and the hand blender. He started whisking the empty container and after 10 minutes of doing so broke it and alas it made its way to the garbage. This shows that his passion in whisking and mixing cake batters is more than me, as you can see in the pic, hahahaha.... This post is for all the new bakers like me, who are passionate of baking but their results do not come out well. Try this simple tea cake with detailed instructions, and I promise you that it is a no fail recipe. This particular recipe was handed over to me by Huma who blogs at Gheza-e-Shiriin. Thanks once again dear.

Notes:
Baking time can differ depending on
the ovens. You need to know your oven. This can be done by keeping a
watch while your cake is baking. Check how much your cake takes time to
bake.
