Paneer Do Pyaza (No Gravy)

Paneer - 250 gms, cut into thin strips, marinated for 5 minutes in 1 tbsp cornflour and all-purpose flour each, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and a little water
Onion - 1 , sliced lengthwise
Capsicum - 1, sliced lengthwise
Green chillies - 2, chopped into chunks
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - a bunch, finely chopped along with stem
Salt - to taste
Oil - few tbsp
Method:
In a non-stick pan, heat oil, add the paneer pieces and fry on both the sides till they become light golden in colour. Remove
In the same pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds
Add onions and saute for a minute
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, black pepper powder and salt. Add a little water
Add the capsicum and tomato ketchup. Saute for 2-3 minutes
Add the paneer and cook for a minute
Add the coriander leaves, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes
