Chicken Qeema Recipe | How to make Chicken Qeema

Today I am presenting a delicious and simple chicken qeema recipe. The same recipe can be made with mutton qeema as well. You can have this dish with roti, naan or rice along with salads. You can also use the same recipe for using it as stuffing for making samosas, buns or sandwiches.
Ingredients:
Chicken mince / Qeema - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Black peppercorns - 2-3
Cardamom - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Corinader leaves - a bunch, chopped
Salt - to taste
Oil
Method:
In a kadhai, heat oil and add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and black peppercorns. Fry for few seconds
Add onions and fry till transparent
Add ginger garlic paste and till raw smell disappears
Add chicken mince and cook till it changes colour
Add the tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix everything well and cook till tomatoes are fully mashed up and oil separates
Add 1/4 cup water and cook till qeema is fully done
Sprinkle coriander leaves and mix
Serve with roti/naan/rice
