How to make ghee from malai

Here, I'm listing out the easy way to make ghee out of malai or cream that gets formed from milk:
Keep the malai made from milk in a jar in the refrigerator.
Repeat it
for 10 days keeping all the malai in one jar.
Heat a thick bottom sauce
pan over a medium heat and put the malai in it.
Melt the malai and bring
it to simmer. The malai will separate into froth and clear ghee.
Continue simmering till all the malai is clear ghee.
Then seive the ghee
with a stainless steel strainer in a jar.
Store at room temperature.
