Black Chickpea/ Kala Chana

- Black chickpea/ Kala chana - 1 cup, soaked overnight
- Onion - 1, small, finely sliced
- Green chillies - 2-3, lightly crushed, adjust according to taste
- Garlic paste - few drops
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- In a pressure cooker, add chana, green chillies, garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and oil
- Pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle, lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes
