Chicken Pakoda

Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 1/4 kg, chopped into bite size pieces
  • Gram flour/besan - 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  • Egg - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, adjust according to taste
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well
  • Place it in refrigerator for around 1 hour
  • Deep fry the pakodas and remove it on paper towels
  • Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
