Chicken Pakoda

- Chicken - 1/4 kg, chopped into bite size pieces
- Gram flour/besan - 1 tbsp
- Cornflour - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp, adjust according to taste
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil for frying
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well
- Place it in refrigerator for around 1 hour
- Deep fry the pakodas and remove it on paper towels
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
