Paya Curry

Ingredients:
Paya (Goat's legs) - 8-10 pieces, washed nicely and soaked in water for 30 minutes
Onion - 2 medium finely sliced
Red chilli - 1, deseeded
Cardamom -2
Cloves -2
Cinnamon sticks - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Black pepper corns -2-3
Curry masala powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste



Method:

In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add the whole spices

Add the onions and fry till dark brown

Add the paya pieces and saute for few seconds

Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes or till raw smell goes

Add the curry masala powder, salt and little water and cook for few minutes

Add water and pressure cook for around 1 hour

Adjust salt and gravy and serve!!!
