Since kitchen is the one place which is most used in the house and which tends to get messy easily, maintaining the tiles is a big task. But if done on a regular basis, this task can be easily achieved and you can have a brand new looking tiles. Below are the steps that I follow everyday in keeping them clean and shining:

• Sweep - Sweep the kitchen floor daily. It removes all the dirt, debris, food particles or any other waste lying on the floor
• Mop - Mop the kitchen floor with warm water everyday after sweeping. It brings shines and removes any liquid fallen or stains on the floor
• Dry the floor - Immediately after mopping, run a dry mop over it so that the floor is dried up and does not accumulate new dust over it
• Instant cleaning of spills - Any spills on the floor should be cleaned immediately and dried with a cloth
