Ingredients:
  • Potatoes  - 2, thinly sliced in round shape, placed in salt and water for 10 minutes and then drained
  • Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste - few drops
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch, finely chopped (optional)
  • Oil for frying
 Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes by adding water and make it into a thick batter
  • Dip the potato pieces in the batter and deep fry
  • Serve with chutney or ketchup
