Chilli Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer - 250 gms, diced into cubes
Onions - 1 medium size, cut into squares
Capsicum - 1 medium size, cut into squares
Garlic - 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 4, cut into chunks
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves -  a bunch, chopped
Oil


Method:

In a bowl, mix cornflour, salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste with little water. Marinate the paneer in this mixture for 10 minutes

In a non stick pan, heat oil. Shallow fry the paneer pieces till it turns light golden in colour. Remove

In the same pan, again add oil and splutter the cumin seeds

Add chopped garlic, 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and diced onion, one by one sauting for few seconds in between

Add coriander powder along with little water

Add ajinomoto and mix

Add capsicum and saute for few seconds

Add chilli powder, soy sauce and salt

Add paneer, mix every thing nicely and simmer for 5 minutes

Add coriander leaves and mix

Serve
